Cassandra Sturgeon
Manager for Global Purchasing and Sourcing
Cassandra Sturgeon is the Manager for Global Purchasing and Sourcing at National Engineered Fasteners (NEF). In her role, Cassandra is responsible for all global purchasing and sourcing activities and is mandated to develop a supply chain around overall best value including cost, quality, and delivery. Cassandra’s previous roles included leading the Military and Automotive commercial teams at NEF including new business development, market strategy, strategic sourcing, and trade compliance.
Cassandra started her career in the fastener industry almost 25 years ago at a large Canadian fastener distributor before joining NEF in 2004.
She holds a Diploma in Business Administration - Management Studies from Conestoga College.
